At Then Came Roatan Tours, we are committed to delivering high-quality, meaningful experiences for our guests. We understand that plans can change, and unforeseen circumstances may arise. Our policies are designed to be fair, transparent, and clear for everyone involved.

Full Refund Eligibility
We offer a 100% refund under the following conditions:
Inclement Weather: If severe weather conditions (such as storms or heavy rain) make it unsafe or impossible to conduct the tour or session.
Cruise Ship Inability to Dock: If your cruise ship is unable to dock at Roatan for any unforeseen reason.
Advance Cancellation: If you cancel your tour or session via email at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
Hurricane or Tropical Storm Alerts: If official alerts affecting the safety or feasibility of the tour/session are issued.
Operational Issues: In rare cases where we must cancel due to internal circumstances such as staff illness, transportation breakdowns, or other unforeseen operational matters.
Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled date: No refunds will be issued.
No-Shows: Guests who fail to arrive at the designated meeting point within 1 hour of the scheduled time without prior notice will be considered a “no-show.” No refunds will be issued in these cases.
Requests to reschedule or modify a booking must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability. If rescheduling is not possible, the standard cancellation policy will apply.
Minimum Participation Requirement
Some of our tours or sessions may require a minimum number of participants to operate:
If the minimum number is not met, Then Came Roatan Tours reserves the right to cancel the event. In such cases, guests will be offered a full refund, the option to reschedule, or switch to another available experience.
Delayed Cruise Arrivals
If a cruise ship arrives late and the guest misses the scheduled tour:
We will attempt to reschedule on the same day if possible, depending on availability and ship departure times.
If rescheduling is not an option, guests may qualify for a partial refund based on specific circumstances and timing involved.
Refund for Property Purchase (Relocation Tour Only)
For guests participating in the Roatan Relocation Tour:
If you proceed to purchase a property through our partnered licensed realtor within 1 year of your tour date, your tour fee will be refunded.
Proof of transaction is required to process this refund.
Third-Party Bookings
If you booked your tour or session through a third-party platform, travel agency, or other service provider, please refer to their specific cancellation and refund policies. Then Came Roatan Tours is not responsible for refunds or modifications on third-party bookings.
Group Bookings
For group bookings (6 people or more), customized cancellation and refund terms may apply. Please contact us directly for details.
